PhD candidate in Philosophy at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. I conduct research on the notion of experience in William James and its implications for contemporary debates in philosophy of mind. I am also an MSc student in Neuroscience at the same institution, developing a theoretical investigation of contemporary models of consciousness, with an emphasis on the predictive processing paradigm. I hold both a BA and an MA in Philosophy from UNISINOS.
My work focuses on consciousness, active inference, perception, embodiment, and the construction of the self, with particular attention to the relationship between description, conceptual architecture, and the interpretation of empirical results. I also work in aesthetics and philosophy of literature, with an interest in first-person narratives, stream of consciousness, and modes of construction and expression of subjectivity.
In 2025, I won the Multidisciplinary category at the 1st UFRGS Graduate Research Exhibition, where I presented a synthesis of my research in neuroscience and philosophy. I am a regular member of the Association for the Scientific Study of Consciousness (ASSC) and a member of the Cognitive Science Society (CSS). I am affiliated with the Brazilian Society for Analytic Philosophy and the Brazilian Society for Neuroscience and Behavior. Alongside academic research, I am also engaged in essayistic writing and cultural criticism, as well as editorial and translation work.

Doutoranda em Filosofia na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). Desenvolvo pesquisa sobre a noção de experiência em William James e suas implicações para debates contemporâneos em filosofia da mente. Sou mestranda em Neurociências pela mesma instituição, com investigação teórica voltada a modelos contemporâneos de explicação da consciência, com ênfase no paradigma do processamento preditivo. Sou mestra e bacharela em Filosofia pela UNISINOS.
Meu trabalho se concentra em consciência, inferência ativa, percepção, corporeidade e construção do self, com atenção especial à relação entre descrição, arquitetura conceitual e interpretação de resultados empíricos. Atuo também em estética e filosofia da literatura, com interesse em narrativas em primeira pessoa, fluxo de consciência e formas de construção e expressão da subjetividade.
Fui vencedora do 1º Salão da Pós-Graduação da UFRGS (2025), na categoria Multidisciplinar, tendo apresentado uma síntese de minhas pesquisas na neurociência e na filosofia. Sou membro regular da Association for the Scientific Study of Consciousness (ASSC) e membro da Cognitive Science Society (CSS). Sou filiada à Sociedade Brasileira de Filosofia Analítica e à Sociedade Brasileira de Neurociências e Comportamento. Em paralelo à produção acadêmica, mantenho uma atuação em escrita ensaística e crítica cultural, além de trabalho editorial e de tradução.
